• Usage Data: We may automatically collect certain information when you access the App, such as your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. We use Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat for this purpose.
• User Content: We collect the photos and prompts you provide when you use the App's features. This content is processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google, Replicate.com, Fal.ai) to provide the editing functionality.

How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

• Create and manage your anonymous account (via Firebase Authentication).
• Provide and maintain our App's functionality.
• Process your photos and prompts using AI models.
• Manage your subscriptions and payments (via RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
• Respond to your comments, questions, and provide customer support (via email).
• Ensure the security and integrity of our App.

• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), data analysis (Firebase Analytics), subscription management (RevenueCat), email delivery, hosting services (Firebase Firestore, Firebase Storage), customer service, and AI processing (OpenAI, Google, Replicate.com, Fal.ai). These third parties are obligated to protect your information.
• Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Storage and Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. User content like photos may be temporarily stored on our servers (Firebase Storage) or third-party AI service providers during processing but are generally not retained long-term unless necessary for service provision or improvement (e.g., model training, if explicitly stated and consented to). While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
