Welcome to Sparks! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sparks app (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legal agreement between you and DreamDiscover AI, the developer of Sparks. • The App may contain links to third-party websites or resources. DreamDiscover AI is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; nor does it endorse them.

VII. Termination

• DreamDiscover AI may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the Terms.

• The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. DreamDiscover AI does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

IX. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamDiscover AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use the App after the changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
